CEO and head of Engineering (paternity leave)
Mr Rybing has 13 years of experience from the consultant, mobile internet and telecom industry, he joined Birdstep in May 2007 through Birdstep’s acquisition of ServiceFactory. Tomas joined ServiceFactory in December 2004, where he has mainly worked as team-leader and project manager.
Prior to ServiceFactory Tomas was the co-founder and CTO of BF Studios AB (a company specializing in mobile customer communication), Systems Architect and Senior developer at BlueFactory AB (a company that did mobile internet solutions) and system developer at IBM (working as a consultant with e-business solutions).
Tomas holds a University Diploma in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. |

Anders Emilsson |

CEO & Head of Marketing and Sales
As EVP Marketing and Sales, Anders Emilsson is responsible for the company marketing and sales, business development and product marketing.
Mr Emilsson has more than 20 years of experience in the telecom industry and joined Birdstep in May 2007 through Birdstep’s acquisition of ServiceFactory. Anders Emilsson joined ServiceFactory in January 2001 and has previously held senior positions at TeliaSonera, Unisource and TEO Lithuania.
Before joining ServiceFactory, Mr Emilsson held a position as senior consultant at TEO with responsibility for Internet deployment and overall network roll-out modernizations.
Mr Emilsson started his career at TeliaSonera as project manager within the product development department.
Mr. Emilsson holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. |

Bo Nilsson |

EVP Operations
As EVP Operations, Bo Nilsson is managing the company’s technical support, field engineering and supply.
Bo has an extensive experience through his previous positions at TeliaSonera of expanding and operating large networks and to maintain high network service level. Bo previously held key positions at the Router-net division at the time Internet was deployed and heavily expanded at TeliaSonera.
Bo Joined ServiceFactory in 2000 and later Birdstep in May 2007 through Birdstep’s acquisition of ServiceFactory.
Bo Nilsson holds a Bachelors degree in Computer and Engineering from Royal University of Technology in Stockholm. |

Jens Kassel |

Head of engineering
 Jens Kassel has 11 years of experience from the consultant, data and telecom industry.
He joined ServiceFactory in December 2006, where he has mainly worked as team-leader and developer.
Prior to ServiceFactory Jens was Senior developer at AT Sweden AB (a company that develops 3G base stations), consultant at Enea, developer at Maila Nordic AB (e-mail marketing) and SW designer at Ericsson.
Jens holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Royal University of Technology in Stockholm. |
